Headlined by Ciarán Sheehan (Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables), Kathy St. George (Broadway's Fiddler on the Roof, Off Broadway: I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change), Jennifer Ellis (RMT's Wonderful Town, Carousel), and Rick Sherburne (RMT's Oklahoma, West Side Story), this holiday concert will feature traditional Irish melodies, comedy, poetry, and more! The cast will also include The Harney Academy Irish step dancers showcasing the rich tradition of Irish dance with their precision and grace.

A native of Dublin, Ireland Ciarán's Broadway credits include Marius in Les Miserábles, Raoul in The Phantom of the Opera (1,000 performances), and The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera (1,000 performances between Broadway & Toronto). Broadway concert performances - Woody in Finian's Rainbow with Milo O'Shea, Sir Dinadan in Camelot with Jeremy Irons, and Harry Beaton in Brigadoon with Len Cariou. Off-Broadway roles include Adam in 50 Words, Ciarán in The Irish...and how they got that way, Shaughnessy in The Hostage, and Tom in Grandchild of Kings (written & directed by Hal Prince). Regionally he has performed Billy in Carousel (best actor nominations in Broadway World & IRNE Awards), Ravenal in Show Boat, Wolfe Tone in The Final Days of Wolfe Tone (best actor nomination in Broadway World), and James McKenna in The Molly Maguires. Sold-Out Solo Concerts - Carnegie Hall (four concerts in the main hall), The National Concert Hall (Dublin, Ireland), multiple concerts with The Cleveland Pops at Severance Hall, and many other orchestral concerts nationally. TV - "Law & Order," "One Life To Live" and other soap operas, David Letterman, and four PBS specials. Film - The Waiting Room (2017 multiple best actor nominations and a best actor win at NY International Film Festival), The Choice (2017 multiple best actor nominations), Birr (2017 with Sean Young), Honor Amongst Men (2017 with Ed Asner & Joan Jett), The Only Woman In The World (2018), and Couple of Guys (2018).

Currently Ciarán is touring internationally in The Four Phantoms in Concert and also tours nationally in his own show From Galway to Broadway with Gabriel Donohue, Heather Martin Bixler, and Sue Anderson.

KATHY ST. GEORGE is delighted to return to RMT where she played one of her favorite roles ever, Berthe in PIPPIN, directed by Rachel Bertone. She has appeared in two Broadway productions of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, including the 1991 Tony-Award winning revival starring Topol and directed by Jerome Robbins. Off-Broadway: I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE, and five national tours. Some favorite Boston area credits include ONCE, DEAR MISS GARLAND, GYPSY, FOLLIES, PETER PAN, VIOLET, RUTHLESS!, LIGHT UP THE SKY, SHOWBOAT, SIGNIFICANT OTHER, MAME, FORUM, THE DIVINE SISTER, NINE, PETE 'N KEELY as well as the long-running SHEAR MADNESS and MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL. A native of Stoneham, MA, she most recently appeared as Jeanette in THE FULL MONTY at North Shore Music Theatre. She has received the Elliot Norton Award and two IRNE Awards. Rick Sherburne
Rick Sherburne 

Rick Sherburne is excited to return to Reagle, his long-time theatrical home, in this tribute to Irish music, song, dance and storytelling. He last appeared on the Reagle stage last summer as Carnes in Oklahoma. Subsequently, he performed as Jacob in the New Bedford Festival Theatre's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and as Scrooge in the Little Theatre of Fall River's production of Scrooge, the Musical. When not on stage, he's entertaining his students at Emerson and Babson colleges.

The Harney Academy of Irish Dancing 

The Harney Academy of Irish Dancing was founded in 1990 by Liam Harney, a two-time World Champion and accredited teacher and adjudicator with the An Coimisiun Le Rince Gaelacha in Ireland. For over 15 years, our academy has provided students and parents with the opportunity to experience the rich traditions and heritage of Irish dance and music.

Liam Harney is a two-time World Champion Irish Stepdancer and founder of the Harney Academy. It is through Liam's dynamic style and positive attitude that has propelled the students of the Academy into World Class distinction. His personal commitment and spirited personality invigorates and fuels the school's dance programs. His skills as a choreographer coupled with his extensive performing arts background transcends the school and immerses students progressive and traditional dance numbers. He is a certified instructor and adjudicator, has notably starred in Waves; a world renown Irish performance and is currently starring in his own touring Irish Dance show "Celticfusion".

Heather Swanson
Heather Swanson 

Boston area classical Violinist who crossed over to folk and traditional Irish music and loving it! Participant and board member of The Acadia School of Traditional Music and Arts; a regular at O'Shea's Old Inne in West Dennis; duo partnerships with singer/songwriter, Kim Moberg performing across southern New England. Special wedding music as The Cape Violin Cello Duo with cellist daughter, Krista Lucich. Cotuit Center for the Arts band member for "Piano Men" and upcoming show, "More Women Rock". Passing on my love of music to family and students in my community has been my greatest joy at my home studio in Centerville.

2019 release of "Beside Quiet Waters," a CD collection of traditional and contemporary Irish and Celtic music with my talented musical friends and producer, Jon Evans of The Studio at Brick Hill, Orleans, MA.

Dan Rodriguez
Dan Rodriguez 

Dan Rodriguez is happy to return to the Reagle Music Theater. Dan has been the resident music director at Reagle for the past 12 years, with recent favorites including Oklahoma!, Pippin, and West Side Story. Dan's other area credits include work with the Lyric Stage Company (Preludes, The Last Five Years), the Front Porch Arts Collective (Ain't Misbehavin'), Huntington Theatre Company (Sunday in the Park with George, A Little Night Music), Wheelock Family Theatre (Make Way for Ducklings, In the Heights), American Repertory Theatre (The Lily's Revenge, The Blue Flower), New Repertory Theater (Hair), Moonbox Productions (Caroline or Change, Cabaret) and many other theaters as well as work at the Boston Conservatory, Emerson, Brandeis, and other schools. His work has earned him an Elliot Norton and five IRNE Awards for Best Music Direction.

Ryan Douglas
Ryan Douglas 

Ryan is an Irish multi-instrumentalist, featured here on the bodhrán - a traditional Irish frame drum. Born in New York, raised in Dublin, and now living in Boston, his musical style has been influenced by both sides of the Atlantic. Since moving back to America, Ryan has been a staple in Boston's traditional Irish music community. He is a former winner of the World Bodhran Championships.
